Super Science Weekend January 6 and 7
Pat Sziber

Volunteers are needed to help with one of our most enjoyable participation events. As we have done for the past four years, WCAS will have a table at Super Science Weekend at the State Museum in Trenton for two full days the first weekend in January. SSW is geared toward elementary and middle school children, with the goal of showing them that science can be fun. The kids' natural curiosity is a joy to behold. Working this event is very, very rewarding. Our theme this year will be "Nature's Bounty for Birds." Along with information on what birds eat, we will once again have the bird identification game and "Hands on Wings."

If you would like to spend an hour or two or more helping at our table, please call Pat Sziber at (609) 737-1189 or e-mail conservation@washingtoncrossingaudubon.org.
