NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mercer County Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on June 9, 2010 at 630 pm in the main meeting room of the Lawrence Headquarters Branch of the Mercer County Library, 2751 Brunswick Pike, Lawrence, New Jersey 00648. The hearing is for a new County Master Plan Update including newly revised Farmland Preservation, Open Space and Mobility Plan elements.
The Master Plan Update and its associated elements will replace the current Mercer County Growth Management Plan and the current Farmland Preservation Plan, Open Space and Recreation Plan and Highways Plan.
Public comments regarding the proposed Plan may be submitted on to Ways the date of the public hearing to the Mercer County Planning Division for consideration. Any comments submitted prim to the date of the homing must be in writing soul signed by the commenter. Written send oral comments wall be considered at the public hearing

Copies of the revised Plan and all elements are available for review by contacting the Mercer County Planning Division. Paper copies will also be available at each public library in the County and will also be posted on the Mercer County Website
